The only way to truly capture the taste of Christmas is to use real Christmas pudding, which is infused in the base of this recipe then blended to add texture, but smooth in its finish. Additional spices mixed with cocoa butter adds a depth of richness and enhances the Christmas pudding flavour giving more depth to the final indulgence experience.
